The helpdesk provided answers to questions posed by facilitators during the implementation of the INVOLEN methodology.

Key questions from all countries were identified and translated in EN for producing a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section in the helpdesk.

The helpdesk has a section in English as seen on the current page and a section in 4 national languages (Italian, Greek, French, Hungarian and Slovenian).
